Over the last 15 years I worked with a variety of clients and helped them overcome blocks to their happiness and well-being, such as depression and anxiety, and learn to have healthy responses to life challenges. In a confidential and non-judgemental space I help you develop abilities that allow you to approach any experience with the confidence that you are in control of your life. I follow an integrative approach that is client-orientated and use therapeutic methods creatively to help you identify and prioritize your needs. My practice is informed by scientific research and I continue to update my knowledge by staying connected to the scientific community. To further ensure your safety, I attend regular clinical supervision.
