Dr. Anastasia Besika / MBACP Accredited
It is my mission to help people leave depression and anxiety behind and start experiencing life with a sense of freedom and satisfaction. For over 15 years I worked closely with a variety of clients on deepening their self-awareness and strenghtening their self-confidence and self-worth. I follow an integrative approach that is client-orientated and use therapeutic methods creatively to help you identify and prioritize your needs. In a confidential and non-judgemental space we explore together your unhelpful thinking patterns and reinstate new beliefs that would drive you to thrive and live life to the fullest. My practice is informed by scientific research and I continue to update my knowledge by staying connected to the scientific community.
